For more than 10 years, Signature Homes has supported the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program to help bring holiday joy to children in need. This year, we’re continuing that tradition and inviting our neighbors to join us by donating a new, unwrapped toy at one of our five collection locations in Lathrop, Sacramento, or Pleasanton.
Through November 30, 2026, Signature Homes is collecting toys for children of all ages. Whether you’re visiting one of our new home communities or stopping by our corporate office, your donation can help make the holiday season a little more special for a child in need.
How to Donate to Toys for Tots
Donating is easy! Simply bring a new, unwrapped toy to any of the five Signature Homes collection locations listed below by November 30, 2026.

Building Homes. Building Stronger Communities.
Our commitment to community extends beyond the homes we build. For more than a decade, our annual Toys for Tots drive has brought team members and neighbors together to support local children and families.
That spirit continues throughout the year, including our annual backpack and school supply drive to help students start school prepared. These traditions reflect the care we bring to the places where we live and work.
We invite you to join us. Bring a new, unwrapped toy to any of our five collection locations and help continue Signature Homes’ tradition of giving.
