Looking for some fun this spring? We’ve done a little research and rounded some local events in your area to get your egg hunting and brunching on. Hop to it and enjoy the activities and fun extras we’ve included:

MH Great Community Egg Hunt in Mountain House. April 4, 2015
The Mountain House annual community Great Egg Hunt features 25,000 Easter eggs stuffed by residents. The MH Great Egg Hunt has become a family tradition and free thanks to donations from Southwinds Church and sponsors like Mountain House Macaroni Kid and KAM Learning Center, DJ by Leroy Productions. Swag Bags with goodies from local businesses. Rhome’s Bistro, Ohana Shaved Ice and Jack Frost’s Italian Ice lined up. Pinwheels and Pic’s by Leo and Lisa L2 Properties. The egg hunts take place at Central Park by the baseball field. There will be 3 egg hunts times for different ages of children starting at 11:30am. You can take your own pics with the Easter Bunny immediately following each egg hunt. (Check the website for updates on event day in case of rain.)

Egg-O-Rama and Pancake Breakfast in Sacramento. April 4, 2015
Celebrate spring at Fulton-El Camino’s Egg-O-Rama! Presented by Fulton-El Camino Recreation and Park District at Howe Park. Start the day off the right way with a pancake breakfast. The fun continues with games for all ages, an egg hunt (based on age), bounce house, face painting, and a special visit from the Easter Bunny. Bring your family and friends to enjoy the morning at this exciting community event.
Garden Ballroom Traditional Easter Brunch Buffet in Lodi. April 5, 2015
Celebrate life’s greatest moment with friends and loved ones. Experience award-winning cuisine, exceptional service, and W&R Spring gardens with 2 seating options for Easter Brunch Buffet in the Garden Ballroom. 11am and 2pm for $55 for adults, $17 for children 5-12 years of age, $5 for children under 5 years of age.

Towne House Restaurant: Enjoy savory brunch menu in the intimate Towne House dining room.

Dublin Spring Eggstravaganza in Dublin. April 4, 2015
The 2015 Spring Eggstravaganza will be held at Emerald Glen Park with sessions at 8:30 AM, 10:00 AM, and 11:30 AM. $12 resident, $14 non-resident. Pre-registration online is required. The Spring Eggstravaganza features a unique Free Style egg hunt where children do not compete to pick up as many eggs as possible. Two designated egg hunt areas will allow you and your children to leisurely pick up eggs and take photographs. Other fun features of this event will include: Carnival games with prizes, Face Painting, Bubble Station, Bounce Houses, Parachutes games, Arts and Crafts, Petting Zoo and Refreshments. There are also ample opportunities for the kids to meet and for parents to get photos with Peter Rabbit!

Egg Hunt and Pancake Breakfast in Livermore. April 4, 2015
The third annual Egg Hunt and Pancake Breakfast is brought to you by the YMCA at Camp Arroyo. Breakfast will be served from 8:30-11:15. Egg Hunts will be held every 30 minutes starting at 9:00, the last egg hunt will be at 11:00. Egg hunts are open to children 9 and under for $20 per family. Camp Arroyo is located at the end of Arroyo Road in Livermore. Look for the wooden Camp Arroyo sign. Parking will be in the lower parking lot by the gate, you can then take the walking path up to the dining hall to check in for the event. Tickets available at the door, no tickets will be sold in advance.
