Legacy at Folsom Ranch Sells Out
In the earlier part of this year, Legacy at Folsom Ranch reached full occupancy! Tucked away near the rolling Sierra foothills, preserved heritage oak woodlands, and an abundance of desirable amenities, this welcoming community warmly embraced 68 new families to the neighborhood. In April, Signature Homes joyously celebrated the grand opening of Lumina at Reynolds Ranch – a new community offering four unique floor plans, including a single-story! Signature Homes is proud to be the very first home builder at Delta Shores. Over the summer we celebrated the grand opening of Coronado and Catalina, attracting 1,300 enthusiastic visitors! With seven models to explore, Coronado and Catalina are spearheading the transformation that Delta Shores will bring to the city of Sacramento. For three consecutive years, River Islands has been named the most successful master-planned community in Northern California. 6th Annual BIA Bay Area Women’s Leadership Conference
This year marked the 6th Annual BIA Bay Area Women’s Leadership Conference. The Signature Homes team had a blast hearing from incredible speakers – Regina Lawless, Demi Clark, and Mary Huss. This exceptional event was incredibly inspiring and empowering. Signature Homes’ very own VP of Sales and Marketing, Juliann Cretsinger, took on the role of event emcee and is serving her sixth year on the conference Steering Committee. We can’t wait for next year’s conference!
Giving Back

Backpack & School Supply Drive
Prior to this year’s school start, Signature Homes partnered with BIA Bay Area Young Professionals to collect supplies for local school districts. It’s truly remarkable how a child’s sense of empowerment can soar when equipped with not only the essentials but with supplies they love!
Sun Valley Elementary
Back in October, Signature Homes visited Ms. Peters’ TK class at Sun Valley Elementary. The class had been learning about construction and they were so eager to learn more home building. Each student received their very own copy of “The House That She Built” by Mollie Elkman, along with a hard hat, safety vest, and a Signature Homes backpack! The enthusiasm radiating from Ms. Peters’ class left the Signature Homes team feeling deeply touched, and we sincerely hope that our visit has inspired these young students.
STAND! For Families Free of Violence
Before Thanksgiving, Signature Homes had the pleasure of volunteering with STAND! For Families Free of Violence, a local nonprofit committed to breaking the cycle of domestic violence. Through comprehensive prevention, intervention, and treatment, STAND! pursues their mission of eradicating family violence. Not only did our team have the opportunity to learn more about their services, but we revitalized a workspace with a fresh coat of paint, providing STAND! with even more space to continue their incredible work. Toys for Tots Drive
Signature Homes has upheld our tradition of participating in the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots toy drive for numerous years. It brings us so much joy to make the holidays happier for local children. Once again, our homeowners, employees, and supporters united to ensure that this year’s toy collection was a remarkable success. Thank you to all who contributed to making a meaningful difference!
