Ready to celebrate the country’s independence and rock your red, white and blue? No matter where you choose to spend Independence Day, annual firework displays always cap off the holiday’s festivities perfectly by lighting up the night sky in a radiant show of brilliant luminescence. Independence Day in Old Sacramento:
Most Old Sacramento shops, restaurants and museums will be open for their regular business hours during the day, with many restaurants and bars offering special promotions.
Red, White & Brews – 3rd of July Party: Participating bars are offering select American beers for only $3. With 15 bars in two blocks, there are a lot of options to choose from.
Celebrate Fourth on the Field as Raley Field hosts 4th of July fireworks from 6-10 p.m. Raley Field will be having food trucks on the field culminating with fireworks at approximately 9:30 p.m. that will be visible from Front Street in Old Sacramento. Grab your tickets here.
4th of July in the Park Celebration in Tracy/Mountain House:
The Mountain House Fourth of July Parade begins at 10am on Central Parkway and continues to a community picnic at Central Park. Head to Tracy to spy the fireworks show.
The annual parade in Tracy kicks off at 10am on July 4th in downtown. The celebration continues at Lincoln Park located at Eaton Ave & East St until 6pm. Fireworks begin at approximately 9:30pm at Tracy High School football stadium.
City of Galt Independence Day Celebration:
Galt is not just a town, it’s a community. Join your neighbors for a day of 4th of July fun with a parade, annual memorial 5K fun run/walk and fireworks at the Galt Market Grounds beginning at approximately 9:30pm.
4th of July Fireworks Spectacular at the Fair:
The Alameda County Fair 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular promises to live up to its name with non-stop, razzle-dazzle fireworks set to music performed by the Oakland East Bay Symphony and Salute to Hometown Heroes Video before fireworks, starting at approximately 9:30pm.
4th Of July at the Berkeley Marina:
Party on the 4th of July with the whole family at the Berkeley Marina with live music, rides, an Adventure Playground, face painting and fireworks over the water from the end of the Berkeley Pier at approximately 9:30pm.
Celebrate at the Pier:
Head over the bridge to the Fourth of July Celebration at The PIER. PIER 39 celebrates Independence Day with fun for the whole family featuring activities and musical entertainment followed by an elaborate fireworks display over the San Francisco Bay starting at approximately 9:30pm.
