WHY DO
MASTER CRAFTSMEN
SIGN THEIR WORK

Because it’s a labor of love,

and a testament to their pride

in creating something of

uncompromising value

Signature Homes has embraced that tradition of hand-crafted quality for more than 30 years. As a privately-held homebuilder with deep roots in the Bay Area, we are proud that our name is known for beautifully designed homes and communities that that bring families and neighbors together – from urban condominiums and town homes to single-family homes and luxurious semi-custom estates. That’s not just our goal; it’s our track record.

Our commitment to our homeowners and our community is strong. We use green building practices and source our materials locally because that’s better for the environment, for our families, and for everyone who lives and works in the Bay Area. And we give back in other ways, partnering with more than 50 local non-profit organizations to improve the quality of life for all of us. Learn more about our partners.

Because Signature
doesn’t just build homes.
We build community.

As a local builder,
we hear what our
home owners say
about us, and we
take it to heart.
We
listen to what our
building partners
and real estate
professionals
are saying, too,
because our
reputation for
hand-crafted
quality, personal
service, and
commitment to our communities
depends on it.

“We have had a very nice experience with Signature Homes. We have already recommended one friend and they bought the same floor plan as ours. So we are really happy and satisfied customers.”

– Jasjeet  at Savannah

“We are thrilled!” Signature Homes was fantastic and very proactive during the process from start to finish. Both sales agents were wonderful. We love our new home and I think we can both agree that the “great room” is our favorite. The town of Brentwood is perfect for our lifestyle.”

– Kili at Woodhaven.

“We are very happy  with our Signature Home . . . everything that we selected was included, and construction was quick. Our sales agent was a great asset to the organization. He responded promptly to all our questions and was very friendly and easy to talk to!”
