We’ll gather all your photo submissions and upload them to an album on our Signature Homes Facebook wall. At that time, we’ll open the voting and you can encourage friends to go to the album on our wall and “like” your story of homeownership photo. The photo with the most “likes” will win a gift card!
Best of all, we’ll celebrate with a year-end gathering to meet one another and share stories!

My husband and I had moved out from the Eastcoast for a change of scenery and the beatiful places one can go to. We had lived in an apt for four years and we both decided to buy a home of our own. When we made the decision to do so we started looking around and saw that new homes were being built. We decided if we want a home of our own then we should have one that is built from scratch and for us to be the first owners. The fact we got pre-approve we started searching around the Sonoma County. When we came across the Signature Homes, the homes were beautiful, very spacious and we fell in love with it. The Staff members Cyndi and Sally were very friendly, walked us through the whole process and were always available to answer any questions, doubts, etc to place our mind at east. We went through their lender and he too, Ross Huffman was very helpful in understanding the process from day one until we got the keys in our hands. We thought it will be going through the ringer as it was a brand new home but the fact that eveything went smooth is a huge A+ in our book. Thank You Signature homes for giving us this opportunity and a place we can trust to help us through this process. We are so grateful and thankful as this home is a blessing to all who enter and leave our home…You guys are the best.
